Join our plant as Manufacturing Engineer .

The manufacturing engineer takes over subprojects within the engineering department and helps the tooling and automation engineers in executing projects.

What You Will Do

1. Participate in the daily operation of the production floor and implement projects to improve the operation of the production floor.
2. Actively assist in process validation (e.g., configuration planning and sample production) and documentation development.
3. Engage in lean practices at the plant, including process & value stream mapping & ensure lean discipline.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1. Basic project execution.
2. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Management.
3. Experience in an industrial environment.
4. Fluency in English (min. B2).
5. Knowledge of tools: Autocad, Flexsim (or related), SAP.
