You will drive the transformation of Wroclaw plant to become a digitized factory as a part of our “factory of the future”-vision.
You will define digital initiatives, implement digital solutions, and deliver expected effects on time, coordinating and managing people, budget, and all related tasks.
Acting as a leader, you are responsible for the transformation of value-streams towards industry.
By implementing solutions within production and logistic processes, you will support internal customers to achieve a level of excellence.
You will focus on understanding and translating operational needs to solution-level architecture and process improvement.
Being the leader for business, you represent Wroclaw plant in front of internal and external customers and serve as a change agent.
You will build-up expert level of competency on Data Roles and Scout-It solutions within your area of responsibility.
Qualifications
Completed university studies (bachelors degree/diploma/PhD) in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable subject.
Professional experience in managing IT projects in a large organization with standard methodology (scrum is a plus).
Proven leadership of successful digital transformation projects as well as managing a team of direct reports.
Strong ability to translate operational needs to solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic project needs and/or working environment.
Solution-oriented as well as thinking and acting strategically.
Very good communication skills in written and spoken English and Polish.
PMP/Prince2/PSM certification is a plus.
