As a Manufacturing Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing production costs and providing data to support business decision-making. This role is a key link between finance and production – your analyses will directly impact the plant’s cost efficiency and overall profitability of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production costs and prepare unit cost calculations.
- Create financial reports and analyses that support decision-making.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts and perform variance analysis.
- Collect and organize operational data in close cooperation with production departments.
- Monitor and control costs, initiating optimization activities.
- Support the Financial Controller in reporting and controlling tasks.
- Improve and develop analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP).
Qualifications
- Higher education in economics, mathematics, physics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or cost accounting.
- Knowledge of cost accounting (fixed/variable costs, unit cost calculation).
- Very good knowledge of Excel; Power BI and SQL are a plus.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central preferred).
- English proficiency at B1/B2 level.
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
