Responsibilities

• Define and develop controlling structure across manufacturing plants
• Define processes and harmonized standards for consolidated controlling
• Support implementation of new controlling systems and tools
• Orchestrate and guide financial planning, forecasting and reporting
• Connect RU controllers of specific plants and provide guidance for standards
• Monitor financial performance and KPIs (incl. OPV, Productivity / CIS), understand deviations and initiate measures
• Support continuous improvement of operational performance
• Support benchmarking, improvement measures and projects in collaboration with global manufacturing domain and Cost Engineering
• Provide financial guidance and ensure data-based decision making (e.g. Footprint, MaB)

Required Skills

• Degree in economics
• Job experience in Manufacturing / Operations Controlling
• Experienced with product cost calculation principles
• Good analytical skills
• Proactive work attitude and improvement mindset
• Ability and willingness to work in heterogenous and global teams
