Overview

You will provide software and application expertise and analysis to support the implementation of strategy and solutions within MDS Manufacturing Operations.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to MDS MEU Manufacturing Lead.
• Own defined MEU Manufacturing processes in SAP and non‑SAP areas related to manufacturing, production execution, planning, plant maintenance, logistics plant operations, and quality management.
• Support assigned projects using the Mondelez methodology, ensuring fit‑for‑purpose solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable benefits.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Be accountable for the implementation of initiatives already identified.
• Operate across MDS and the appropriate business functional area to drive the delivery stream agenda and provide functional expertise across the MEU region.
• Represent the MDS functional area as part of the manufacturing project team, including presentations to senior stakeholder forums and the project governance board.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in manufacturing processes with focus on manufacturing execution, quality management, logistics operations, planning, or plant maintenance.
• Functional/technical expertise in SAP (S4H, ECC, WM, Integration PI/PO, BTP/IS).
• Team player with the capability to work across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel.
