Tasks & Responsibilities
- Creating Test Cases and Test Scenarios
- Coordinating and executing tests
- Reporting all encountered problems, defects and errors
- Ensuring all tests maintain the highest quality
- Daily sync attendance (internal and cross-team)
Must Haves
- At least 8 years of experience as a Manual Software Test Engineer
- Experience in working with Jira (or similar) ticket tracking system
- Analytical skills with metrics management and reporting
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of automation test of APIs (knowledge of API testing using Postman, Curl, or similar)
- ISTQB Certified
- Knowledge and understanding of standard quality best practices, techniques, and methodologies to drive continuous quality improvements
- Experience in Agile Testing in projects
- Good written and spoken technical English, allowing trouble-free communication
- Ability to attend meetings during "golden hours" (15-19 CET) few times a week to collaborate with our US team
- Computer Science / Computer Engineering background
- Experience in Validated (GXP) projects
- Experience in SAFe projects
- Experience in end-to-end testing
- Other languages, specifically German and Polish considered a plus
- Experience with global / multi-site manufacturing projects
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to support the testing team
