Role Overview
As a Manual Tester, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality. Youll work closely with developers, PMs, and analysts to ensure smooth and effective testing processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting manual tests using a variety of testing techniques
- Designing test scenarios and maintaining test documentation
- Identifying bugs and reporting software issues clearly and efficiently
- Providing development teams with precise feedback and improvement suggestions
- Crafting SQL queries to validate test results and system accuracy
- Creating acceptance criteria and compiling testing reports
- Investigating and configuring test data within store administration panels
What You Bring
Were looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Manual Tester in the IT sector
- Good understanding of testing processes, tools, and methodologies
- Experience in creating clear and comprehensive technical documentation
- Familiarity with the Scrum framework and agile workflows
- Polish and English proficiency at B2 level or higher – essential for communication and documentation
