Łódź-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)

As a Manual Tester , you will be working for our client, a leading company in the banking industry that provides innovative and secure digital solutions. You will contribute to ensuring the quality of cutting-edge web and desktop applications. Collaborating closely with a dynamic project team, product owners, and business stakeholders, you will play a critical role in testing and documenting application functionalities to deliver a seamless experience to end-users.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test scenarios
• Test functionalities of web and desktop applications
• Create and execute scripts for functional and integration testing automation
• Maintain and update test documentation
• Track and report bug statistics in projects
• Collaborate closely with the project team, product owner, and business stakeholders

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in software testing
• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Good knowledge of testing tools and methodologies
• Practical knowledge of SQL at a basic level
• Experience using TestLink or a similar test management tool
• Advanced practical skills in MS Excel
• Ability to analyze source data
• Precision in direct and electronic communication (email, chat, video)

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of XML, HTML, and CSS
• Basic understanding of relational databases
• Ability to suggest optimizations independently
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium
