We are seeking a dedicated Manual Tester to join our team, focusing on backend systems for innovative projects within the retail and fuel industries. If you are a detail-oriented tester who enjoys ensuring product stability through thorough testing, this opportunity is for you!

Your tasks

• Plan and execute integration and contract testing to ensure backend system reliability
• Collaborate with developers to understand critical paths and ensure product stability
• Analyze and evaluate test results, providing detailed feedback and reporting defects
• Contribute to test planning for backend and integration systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, enhancing communication between development and QA teams
• Use API testing tools to validate API endpoints and backend processes
• Work with test management tools to document, track, and report on testing progress
• Support Agile testing processes, participating in sprint planning and review sessions

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of experience in software testing, with a primary focus on backend systems
• Skilled in planning, analyzing, executing, and evaluating various test processes
• Well-versed in common test design techniques
• Strong understanding of both mobile and web-based applications
• Good grasp of the software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with defect management tools, such as Jira or YouTrack
• Proficient in using test management tools like TestRail or Xray
• Experience in working with API testing tools, including Postman and Swagger
• Deep knowledge of SQL databases for backend testing and validation
• Familiar with Agile Testing environments
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English
• Some experience in automating tests for mobile and web applications
• ISTQB Foundation Level or ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst certification
