We are looking for an experienced QA/Manual Tester to join our Cybersecurity Assessment & Testing team. This role is part of the first line of defense in managing cybersecurity risks and ensuring the delivery of secure, high-quality software solutions. You will work in an Agile, DevSecOps environment, collaborating with product owners, developers, and QA teams to define and execute manual tests for software changes.

• Excellent knowledge of Software Testing theory in an Agile environment
• Ability to design and conduct all types of tests, including regression, performance, and functional
• 3+ years of experience as a Manual Tester within an Agile Software Development team
• Experience designing manual tests for Web applications and REST APIs
• Familiarity with Agile delivery artifacts (epics, stories, tasks)
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage workshops independently
• Competency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps processes and tools (JIRA, Confluence, GIT)
• Ability to identify exceptions in application logs and perform initial triage
• Experience with Cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Experience with QTest/Tricentis/Zephyr tools
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance processes

NICE TO HAVE:

• ISTQB certification
• Experience with UML diagrams and process flow documentation
• Knowledge of vulnerability scanning and application security tools (SAST, MAST, DAST)
• Experience as a performance test engineer
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL
• Experience with SAFe Scrum methodologies
