We are looking for a dedicated Manual Test Lead to join our team and take ownership of manual testing activities within our SIT, regression, and functional testing processes. We are looking for someone with:
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong expertise in manual testing processes, methodologies, and tools (Jira, ALM, Zephyr, etc.)
- Experience in test planning, execution, and reporting
- Exposure to automation concepts and willingness to drive automation adoption
- Experience with SIT and regression testing across multi-system environments
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Leadership skills with future-focused mindset toward automation

- Leadership skills
- Previous experience working for a bank or proven understanding of banking/financial products and processes
- Experience in working with clients/financial institutions in the middle-east
