We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join the project of a next-generation loyalty platform. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our integrated systems and hardware components by executing comprehensive manual testing processes. This role is hands-on and on-site focused, involving work in the office, test stations, and lab environments.
responsibilities :
Perform manual testing across physical environments, including test labs and office-based test stations
Execute regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end (E2E) test scenarios
Analyze logs and backend system statuses to verify functionality, configurations, and inter-system integrations (new and legacy)
Test POS hardware (screens, terminals, devices) and verify frontend application performance on physical machines
Focus on hardware-software integration and system-level verification
requirements-expected :
Strong analytical thinking – able to identify edge cases, investigate deeply, and spot inconsistencies
Experience with API testing, backend log analysis and basic diagnostic tools
Understanding of system integration processes and configurations
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments
Proactive, self-driven approach with problem-solving attitude
Very good English and Polish (spoken & written, at least C1)
Residing in Poland required
