We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest quality of our software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies , identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders to enhance product quality.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Designing, creating, and executing test cases .
2. Analyzing test results and proposing test strategy improvements .
3. Engaging in the growth of QA best practices and tools .
4. Creating and sharing clear and concise defect reports .
5. Driving a quality-first mindset within the team and contributing to a quality culture across the organization.
6. Collaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders in product design.

Requirements

1. At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, and quality control.
2. Hands-on experience in different phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) .
3. Experience with manual API testing and mobile testing .
4. Familiarity with REST architecture, Microservices, and Testing principles .
5. Experience with Postman or similar tools (e.g., Swagger).
6. Experience working in an AGILE environment alongside business analysts.
7. Knowledge of test management tools .
8. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and XRay test management tool is a plus.
9. Strong self-organization and adaptability skills.
10. Curious mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
11. Ability to effectively communicate in both Polish and English .
12. Work in multilingual, multinational and multicultural environment on international projects.
