Your Role
Join our team as a Transition Program Manager and play a key role in driving global transformation initiatives. You will lead complex transition programs across various models, including Transformation‑led, Lift‑and‑Shift, Build‑Transfer‑Operate, and Transition as a Service. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution of Day 1 transformation initiatives and successful delivery of large‑scale, multi‑country projects.
Your Tasks
- Portfolio Leadership: Manage a diverse portfolio of transition programs, including transformation‑led transitions, incumbent vendor transitions, and staff augmentation initiatives.
- Program Governance: Establish and maintain governance structures at strategic, operational, and tactical levels, ensuring compliance with methodologies and tollgates.
- Transition Excellence: Deliver high‑quality transition programs within defined time, cost, and quality parameters, proactively managing risks and resolving issues.
- Knowledge Transfer & Ramp‑up: Apply best practices in knowledge transfer and ramp‑up methodologies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Status Reporting & Escalation Management: Provide comprehensive status reports and manage escalations to maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Multi‑Country Rollouts: Oversee large‑scale, multi‑country and multi‑tower transitions involving significant scope and parallel transformation opportunities.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in Business Process Transitions and managing large‑scale projects (200+ FTE).
- Strong understanding of transition and transformation models and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high‑performing teams.
- Proactive approach to risk management and problem‑solving.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
- Experience in international environments and multi‑country rollouts is a plus.
