You will lead complex transition programs across various models, including Transformation-led, Lift-and-Shift, Build-Transfer-Operate, and Transition as a Service. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution of Day 1 transformation initiatives and successful delivery of large-scale, multi-country projects.## **YOUR TASKS*** **Portfolio Leadership**: Manage a diverse portfolio of transition programs, including transformation-led transitions, incumbent vendor transitions, and staff augmentation initiatives.* **Program Governance**: Establish and maintain governance structures at strategic, operational, and tactical levels, ensuring compliance with methodologies and tollgates.* **Transition Excellence**: Deliver high-quality transition programs within defined time, cost, and quality parameters, proactively managing risks and resolving issues.* **Knowledge Transfer & Ramp-up**: Apply best practices in knowledge transfer and ramp-up methodologies to ensure smooth transitions.* **Status Reporting & Escalation Management**: Provide comprehensive status reports and manage escalations to maintain stakeholder alignment.* **Multi-Country Rollouts**: Oversee large-scale, multi-country and multi-tower transitions involving significant scope and parallel transformation opportunities.## **YOUR PROFILE*** Proven experience in **Business Process Transitions** and managing large-scale projects (200+ FTE).* Strong understanding of transition and transformation models and project management methodologies.* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.* Proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving.* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.* Experience in international environments and multi-country rollouts is a plus.* **Practical benefits:** yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.* **Access to over 70 training tracks** with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
