About Our Client

Our client is a leading organization in the medical technology field. We are supporting them in hiring the best talent for the strategic position of Managing Director. The person in this role will aim to achieve or exceed sales and EBITDA targets, set strategic direction, and execute action plans. This role legally oversees all business activities, develops strategic plans, directs the management team and optimizes resources.

Job Description

• Implement a continuous improvement program focused on people, products, and processes.
• Develop and implement a country plan with clear goals and direction.
• Foster open communication and participation in plan development.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate code of conduct, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and EBITDA.
• Keep the shareholder/owner informed and fulfill reporting requirements, prepare standard reports, comply with regional procedures, and inform management of any significant events.

The Successful Applicant

• A tertiary education such as a basic university degree in any discipline or comparable qualification; an International Business Degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• At least 10 years of extensive knowledge and experience in the healthcare business, with proven ability to adapt to new industries.
• Consistent and outstanding performance record with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong financial management and organizational development skills.
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, both orally and in writing.
• Experience in sustainable and compliant business development.
• Proficiency in English and Polish
