We are looking for a highly experienced Managing Director for our client, a well-established company in the financial sector with a strong market presence. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in a similar executive role , demonstrating strong decision-making skills, business maturity, and exceptional leadership abilities. Experience in B2B-related services is essential.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the company’s strategic vision, ensuring sustainable growth and financial stability.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, to drive profitability and efficiency. Maintain a strong awareness of financial results and ensure sustainable business growth.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and effective day-to-day operations, optimizing processes and resources to achieve business objectives.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand market presence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and corporate governance policies.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong business relations internally and externally, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Leadership & Team Development: lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Mentorship & People Leadership: Act as a mentor and coach, inspiring and developing talent within the organization, fostering a positive and performance-driven work environment.
- Goal Orientation & Priority Management: Drive the organization with a strong results-oriented approach , balancing competing priorities while maintaining steady business growth.
- Presentation, Communication & Management Skills: Exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills , effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrating strong management capabilities.
- B2B Experience: Utilize deep understanding of B2B-related services to ensure effective business operations and strategies.
- Digital Transformation: Drive innovation and leverage technology to enhance productivity.
