Your responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for the financial outcomes, including full P&L ownership of the assigned legal entity and entire market segment.
- Prepare and oversee annual financial plans, including budgets, forecasts, and capital investments.
- Analyze cost structures and launch initiatives aimed at sustainable margin improvement.
- Maximize efficiency of modernized production assets while driving operational excellence initiatives (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma).
- Partner with plant leadership to ensure production output is aligned with commercial objectives.
- Monitor and continuously improve performance across core operational metrics: quality, cost, efficiency, and safety.
- Oversee commercial team to develop and implement a commercial strategy focused on customer acquisition and entry into new markets.
- Refine pricing structures and contractual frameworks to enhance overall profitability.
- Lead and coordinate sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless integration with operational capabilities.
- Establish and foster long-term partnerships with key clients and strategic stakeholders.
- Cultivate a culture centered on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional management team.
- Promote open communication and strong collaboration across all business functions
Employer requirements
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in industrial environments, preferably in glass, packaging, or process industries.
- Proven track record in both commercial (sales, business development) and operational (production, supply chain) roles.
- University degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Full P&L responsibility in a dynamic, growing or transforming business.
- Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other modern manufacturing systems.
- Strong strategic and financial mindset with a practical, results-driven approach
- Excellent leadership, team development and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
