Responsibilities:

1. As a Board Member managing and supervising all aspects of the companys operational and financial activities
2. Developing and implementing an effective business development strategy
3. Optimizing, streamlining processes, and improving the companys efficiency
4. Active cooperation with all departments of the company, active team building and comprehensive supervision and management of people and processes
5. Working on the transformation of the whole company and supporting the headquarter in execution of IT and software transformation initiatives
6. Design IT strategy and set goals for the company in Wrocław in close cooperation with DERTOUR Group
7. Design and implement a scalable and secure IT architecture that supports the company’s growth and innovation goals, using agile methodologies and best practices
8. Implementing, optimizing and monitoring processes to sustainably improve the effectiveness of teams and the entire company

Profile:

1. University degree IT, software development or in a related subject
2. Experience in leading mid-sized IT companies or large corporate IT divisions, especially with focus on software development and infrastructure
3. Stakeholder Management: Ability to steer and collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders on different locations to resolve issues
4. Modern style of management and experienced in anchoring this accordingly in the corporate culture
5. Effective communication and readiness for change at any time
6. Hands on experience working to implement processes and systems which support the business
7. Excellent numeracy and analytical ability
8. Polish and English language skills
9. Willingness to travel (20% of working time)
