Currently, we are looking for a Managing Director specializing in devising enterprise-level go-to-market strategies and assuming full responsibility for the comprehensive product development process. We are specifically seeking a leader in Partnerships & Business Development with a background in the tech industry and a track record of success in fast-growing enterprises and large corporations. We are looking for an individual with innate abilities in analytics and data, exceptional management and leadership skills, and international expertise across all the aforementioned domains.

We are looking for a manager who:

  • Is an experienced Growth Manager/Global Expansion Manager in the SaaS/CPaaS/e-commerce industry (B2B sector)
  • Is qualified to carry out market analysis and identify product development potential (in Poland and worldwide)
  • Has created and implemented strategy in the areas of product and growth marketing
  • Has the ability to combine a marketing and sales perspective with the use of digital communication channels
  • Wants to develop in an independent role where he/she will cooperate with many stakeholders (Management Board, Project Managers, Business Partners)
  • Is fluent in spoken and written business English
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written Polish
  • Is willing to undertake business travel to Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing strategies to develop our products for foreign markets
  • Identifying the potential growth markets (CEE and worldwide)
  • Coordinating the marketing and sales activities for various products
  • Building foreign sales channels for all our products
  • Cooperating with Managers of various projects within the group
