As our Managing Director, you will be fully responsible for the execution and development of the business in the country and logistically support the export activities from Poland. This includes both the strategic development of the company as well as the day-to-day execution. You will also have a strong focus on profitable sales growth, both organically and through acquisitions.

What would you do as our Managing Director
Reporting to the SVP Central Europe, the jobholder will be required to grow the HW business in Poland. The growth should be delivered by developing the sales channels and the vertical sales team, introducing new products, and providing excellent leadership to the organization. Other areas of responsibility will include streamlining the brand portfolio and developing logistics solutions to serve our customers excellently. The jobholder should also have a focus on improving profitability through diligent cost control, margin improvements, and implementing pricing strategies that allow the company to be competitive with a good bottom line. The MD will also be responsible for the logistic support of export activities from Poland.
