We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Manager to join an international project in the Wealth & Asset Management sector. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions to our clients and managing key aspects of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered successfully
• Act as a liaison between the client and technical teams, providing support when needed
• Organize and lead workshops to gather business requirements from the client
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and regular reporting to project managers and coordinators
• Assist in the testing of applications and systems
• Promote a positive work culture and lead by example
• Encourage teamwork and participate in company-wide initiatives
• Travel to client locations as necessary

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of German (minimum B2 level)
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in Wealth or Asset Management
• Strong understanding of asset classes (fixed income, equity, derivatives) across front, middle, and back-office operations for both buy-side and sell-side businesses
• Ability to collect and translate business requirements into configurations and system setups
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between clients and developers, ensuring requirements are accurately conveyed to technical teams

To Qualify for the Role, You Should Have:

• Knowledge of financial markets, financial instruments, and financial systems
• Experience with Wealth & Asset Management (WAM) processes and systems
• Experience in designing, developing, and testing system interfaces related to portfolio management, trade execution, data control, and portfolio administration
• High-level understanding of data models and business architecture
• Ability to analyze client processes and workflows, and make recommendations to improve efficiency
• Understanding of key areas such as portfolio management (FO), risk and settlements (MO), and fund administration (BO), as well as experience with process optimization and business reengineering
