Overview
Support HireRights total rewards compensation and benefits programming for the International markets (EMEA and APAC). This includes compensation benchmarking and salary structure design, benefits benchmarking, industry insights and legislation changes, and overall compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead formal and informal compensation benchmarking using industry surveys, peer networking, and internal analytics.
- Design and maintain salary structures across job families and levels, ensuring competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with business strategy.
- Own the design of the local salary structure while ensuring it is optimized for income tax obligations while following applicable laws.
- Create guidelines for the Recruitment team to make market-to-market offers, in line with internal parity and desired market positioning.
- Own the implementation of bonus programs and commission plans aligned with company targets and linking results to performance for Sales/Go-to-Market and non-Sales roles.
- Work with Finance and HR partners to ensure programs are designed, modified, and updated based on need and in alignment with approved budgets.
- Own end-to-end management of health and non-health benefits programs, including wellness, insurance, and lifestyle benefits.
- With procurement team, manage vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing performance management to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies for all rewards and benefits programs, ensuring clarity, fairness, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive policy rollout through structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Serve as the internal SME on total rewards and benefits, advising leadership and HR teams on best practices and market trends.
- Conduct ongoing market intelligence through industry forums, peer connections, and benchmarking to inform program design and evolution.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with applicable statutory, regulatory, and labor law requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to policy implementation, vendor operations, and employee entitlements.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines.
- Competent in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT).
- Compensation & Benefits background required with international remit EMEA and APAC.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Excellent motivational skills, works with a team and can work independently.
