Manager Total Rewards BeNeLux

Job location: remote/hybrid, Poland

Responsible for ensuring competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits policies and practices in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. This includes assisting in compensation program design (e.g., salary, short and long-term incentives), implementation, and administration for exempt and non-exempt staff.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Assist in the day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs, addressing employee queries and providing guidance as needed.
  2. Analyze market data to make informed recommendations for compensation and benefits adjustments.
  3. Collaborate with HR and other departments to implement total rewards initiatives effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  4. Support the development and delivery of communication strategies to ensure employees understand and appreciate the total rewards package.
  5. Assist in the development of compensation and benefits policies, contributing to their clarity and compliance.
  6. Participate in data collection efforts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for analysis.
  7. Work closely with the total rewards team to achieve program objectives and address employee concerns.
  8. Stay informed about changes in compensation and benefits regulations and compliance requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, and/or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in Human Resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
  3. Proven experience in total rewards program administration.
  4. Proficiencies in compensation analysis, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  6. Highly fluent in English; Dutch knowledge would be an asset.
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  2. Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience a plus.
