You will lead a team to enhance system efficiency, ensuring compliance and seamless flow across various systems. Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.**In this role, a typical day will include:*** Manage the development and adoption of systems and processes to optimize supply chain performance* Design, develop, and maintain processes and system integration for seamless financial, physical, and information flow* Oversee the implementation of systems, ensuring they meet organizational standards and compliance requirements* Lead a team, making operational decisions to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness* Contribute to policy and procedure development, impacting team performance and departmental success* Influence the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain systems and processes, driving overall business performance* Adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation* Ensure rigorous quality control, complete all required training, and commit to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirementsAll associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.
