Alcon is inviting applications for the Manager, Systems & Process Management position within its Supply Chain function. The role focuses on optimizing supply chain performance through the development and integration of systems and processes, driving efficiency and compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and adoption of systems and processes to enhance supply chain performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain processes and system integration for seamless financial, physical, and information flows.
• Oversee system implementation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team, making operational decisions that improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to policy and procedure development, influencing team performance and departmental success.
• Ensure rigorous quality control, accurate documentation, and adherence to GxP regulations via SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance across all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in large multinational organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated leadership experience; ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Creativity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
