• several years of experience and knowledge of B2C e-commerce sales specifics
• ability to work with clients
• analytical, sales, negotiation, and teamwork skills
• fluent knowledge of SEO/SEM mechanisms and proficient use of Google Analytics, Trade Watch, Google Ads

Responsibilities:

• managing the development and improvement of the online sales channel, including:
  • content, appearance, functionality of the website, and proper product exposure;
  • online marketing including SEO, SEM in search engines, and social media;
• responsibility, control, and optimization of sales processes including:
  • responding to inquiries regarding product specifications and prices;
  • processing orders and communicating order fulfillment statuses to customers;
  • responding to customer inquiries regarding processed orders;
  • post-sales support and handling of complaints;
• collaboration and management of a 3-person customer service team
• monitoring market trends in the e-commerce sector, especially competition, and implementing solutions to improve results
• setting quantitative and qualitative goals for the team along with performance evaluation
• ongoing reporting of results and analysis of the effects of taken actions;
• collaboration with courier service providers and payment system providers
