As a Manager Sourcing & Procurement, you will join an international transportation company.

Your key responsibilities:

• Leading the sourcing and procurement process, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and policies.
• Managing the end-to-end tendering process, including vendor selection, pricing negotiations, and launching RFPs/RFQs.
• Developing and executing category strategies, including category management and forward planning on an annual basis.
• Overseeing supplier management, including performance management, ensuring suppliers meet agreed-upon standards and contractual obligations.
• Ensuring effective contract deployment, implementation, and negotiations.
• Managing key stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Information Technology, to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes.
• Providing oversight and direction to ensure that procurement practices drive efficiency and cost savings, while maintaining a high level of supplier performance.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• MBA or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
