Full line management responsibilities for cross-competence professionals in 2-3 agile teams, including recruiting & hiring, performance management, personal and professional development.

requirements-expected :
you are a manager with at least 1 year of experience in people management;
you exhibit enthusiasm & self-reliance with a high degree of commitment and ownership;
you have excellent communication and relationship management skills;
you have exceptional people management skills, with the ability to understand individual motivations and effectively apply situational leadership;
you are fluent in English and Polish.
