We are looking for an Engineering Manager to drive our team to success and help advance our suite of products. The ideal candidate has a passion for managing people and consistently delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality software.

Your Impact:

• Coach your team on software engineering practices, agile delivery, and customer focus.
• Continually identify areas of improvement with respect to the development process, product supportability, quality, and technology stack.
• Ensure processes and standards that enable high-quality software delivery.
• Develop a team culture of ownership and accountability.
• Work closely with Product, and Engineering Managers, Product Owners to build and support world-class products.
• Support and drive new product development projects planning and execution.
• Participate in architectural discussions, and provide technical guidance to ensure the development of robust, scalable, and secure applications.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• 3 years of people/team management experience, ideally in Agile.
• Experience building, deploying, debugging, and scaling cloud-based microservices & web applications SaaS – (Azure/AWS).
• Prior programming experience in the following: object-oriented or functional programming languages, SQL & NoSQL databases, frontend technologies, containerization, and source code versioning.
• Familiarity with JIRA, and other Engineering management tools.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• English and Polish on the communicative level in spoken and written form.
