What will help you succeed
3+ years of experience in building and leading a successful software team (or similar)
Demonstrate passion for leading through coaching and mentoring
Ability to actively shape and drive change initiatives
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to break down, communicate and implement high-level strategies to your area of responsibility
