WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You will lead the e-commerce team based in the Application Service Management department. The duties of the position include resource planning and allocation, training, development, daily operational management, and mid to long-term setup of the team.
• This position empowers you for business planning as well as operational adherence to budget/cost.
• You are accountable for project and service delivery of your team.
• Ensuring a smooth service operation along the IT service life cycle for all European customers of major e-commerce services is a daily routine. This includes continuous improvement, consolidation, and renewal of the services directed to state-of-the-art concepts/technologies.
• You will align with stakeholders of business and IT frequently on future requirements (based on Customer Journeys in B2B and B2C for finished goods as subscription sales), solution provisioning, and assuring high customer satisfaction.
• You will work with vendors on a strategic level to align on SLA/SLO and ensure delivery based on contractual obligations defined by you.
• Compliance and support of audits are assured by your team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have a master’s degree in IT or comparable educational training, which could also be derived from work experience.
• You have very good knowledge in commerce tools web, frontend development, as well as good interface knowledge of SAP S4HANA, Salesforce CRM, and PimCore PIM, including relevant security necessities.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience either in IT service operation or consulting.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in leadership and provider management.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of financials, negotiation skills, planning sense, and knowledge of how to deliver quality.
• Communication skills, service and team-oriented thinking, as well as a can-do attitude are important. The foundation should be pragmatic thinking and a live your best mindset.
• You demonstrate proactivity, result orientation, and a high commitment as your key values.
