Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

The Manager, SAP Sales Operations is responsible for leading a global functional team of S/4Hana business application to support locations day to day and deliver functional solutions in projects on the area of Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, monitor and prioritize the work of the SAP Sales and Logistics department
• Setup & maintain organization structure for optimized work division and service delivery
• Manage issue resolution on incidents for the live units in Hana
• Prioritize and deliver SAP global template or location specific business process enhancements in Hana
• Ensure stable business process continuation and improvements
• Proactive initiation and implementation of system improvement proposals, standardization and automation
• Set and measure individual goals to the team members and provide feedback on performance levels on an individual basis
• Drive improvements within the operational service structure to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Organize team meetings and ensure right assignment of tasks
• Ensure backups of key / critical service areas exist
• Manage service and change requests
• Ensure that tickets assigned to the team are followed up, tracked and delivered according to the SLA
• Review future project and operations support needs and develop resource base accordingly
• Transition projects to business as usual and provide SAP service delivery services according to the standard processes and SLAs

Requirements:

• Bachelor or masters degree in IT, business, or similar fields.
• 5-10 years of experience in a comparable role within SAP (ECC6 / S4 Hana)
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Logistics
• Previous experience in people management is an advantage
• Great communication skills, taking initiative and responsibility when working with international teams
• Proficiency in English is a must
