As a Product Management Manager for Click to Pay, you will help shape the future of digital commerce across Europe by driving the adoption of Mastercard’s flagship digital checkout solution.
Responsibilities
- Champion emerging technologies and new use cases to evolve the Click to Pay experience and lead the market in digital payments.
- Act as the voice of the customer, regional markets, and EU regulatory landscape—ensuring their needs are reflected in product design and roadmap decisions.
- Lead internal alignment across cross‑functional teams and support strategic partner conversations to ensure consistent, impactful product positioning.
- Use analytics to uncover insights, track performance, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that shape product direction and business outcomes.
- Partner with customer‑facing teams to address product inquiries, resolve issues, and champion the Click to Pay value proposition across internal channels.
- Support the development of high‑impact materials and guidance that help internal and external teams onboard, activate, and succeed with new Click to Pay use cases.
- Deepen understanding of Mastercard’s digital product suite and stay attuned to local market dynamics, regulatory trends, and competitive developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product management or strategy consulting ideally within digital payments, e‑commerce, fintech or large‑scale platforms.
- Strong expertise in the digital payment ecosystem, including alternative payment methods, tokenization, EMV 3DS, and biometric authentication.
- Deep understanding of the European regulatory framework (e.g., PSD2, PSD3, PSR) and its implications for product strategy.
- Proven ability to shape product strategy and agenda, translating customer, market, and regulatory needs into actionable inputs for product design and roadmap planning.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working across cross‑functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of building trust, managing expectations, and influencing both internal teams and strategic partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex technical concepts, business needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to develop practical solutions.
- Strong networker with the ability to listen, build common ground and influence to effectively advance business opportunities.
- Excellent command of relevant business tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal reporting tools.
- Comfortable navigating uncertainty in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- English language required; another European language preferred.
