This role leads the continuous improvement activities in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Development & Improvement (PDI).
The position is responsible for optimizing and implementing process flows, driving cost savings initiatives, managing BOM maintenance, and ensuring smooth phase-in/phase-out of new and existing SKUs.
The Manager will lead innovation and material qualification activities for new product development and commercialization, ensuring machinery readiness, supplier capability, and project timelines are effectively managed.
This role requires strong ownership and leadership in project management to orchestrate implementation and solutioning within challenging timelines.
As both a leader and team player, the NPI & PDI Manager works collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders across Factory Operations, Sourcing, Planning, Quality, and HQ teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
He/She plays a critical role in implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier performance, and ensuring PDI requirements are delivered on time and in full.
