Responsible for ensuring the management of health and working environment risks, promoting a proactive safety culture, identifying and reducing security risks, delivering business continuity management, and providing emergency response measures. You will execute and ensure the quality of activities for your department or professional group, lead a professional network, and support leaders in shaping the direction for a core strategic competence area. You will translate specialized advice into easily understandable information for the entire business, guide internal and external stakeholders, manage conflicting agendas, occasionally lead negotiations with senior stakeholders, shape best practices across different areas, and provide guidance and influence leaders to deal with uncertainty and embrace change.
