  • University degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in a multinational environment, ideally in project/engagement management or a reporting role
  • 3 years of experience working in Global Mobility, with at least 1 year in a client-facing management role
  • Experience in people management
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Fluent in English (additional skills in French, German, or Spanish are a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and the MS Office suite; familiarity with PowerPoint and/or Power BI is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues clearly and develop effective, creative solutions for clients
  • Ability to engage effectively with colleagues across various professional levels, with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Essential for interacting effectively in a global context, with flexibility to work across diverse cultural approaches and time zones

  • Manage delivery of global mobility tax services for various clients
  • Manage client and internal billing
  • Maintain positive client relationships and address inquiries from KPMG offices and clients worldwide
  • Take ownership of delivery in terms of timing and quality
  • Coordinate with the KPMG delivery center to prepare and analyze reports (Excel, Alteryx, etc.)
  • Independently run day-to-day client meetings
  • Work with teams to create and manage processes, including best practices documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Train junior staff and deliver internal trainings
  • Manage engagement teams in terms of work allocation and budgeting
