- University degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a multinational environment, ideally in project/engagement management or a reporting role
- 3 years of experience working in Global Mobility, with at least 1 year in a client-facing management role
- Experience in people management
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Fluent in English (additional skills in French, German, or Spanish are a plus)
- Proficient in MS Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and the MS Office suite; familiarity with PowerPoint and/or Power BI is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues clearly and develop effective, creative solutions for clients
- Ability to engage effectively with colleagues across various professional levels, with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Essential for interacting effectively in a global context, with flexibility to work across diverse cultural approaches and time zones

- Manage delivery of global mobility tax services for various clients
- Manage client and internal billing
- Maintain positive client relationships and address inquiries from KPMG offices and clients worldwide
- Take ownership of delivery in terms of timing and quality
- Coordinate with the KPMG delivery center to prepare and analyze reports (Excel, Alteryx, etc.)
- Independently run day-to-day client meetings
- Work with teams to create and manage processes, including best practices documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Train junior staff and deliver internal trainings
- Manage engagement teams in terms of work allocation and budgeting
