Manager, Global Inventory COE, Accounting page is loaded## Manager, Global Inventory COE, Accountinglocations: Warsaw, Polandtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R551948Work Flexibility: Hybrid**What You Will Do*** Lead technical accounting for inventory topics including Gross Inventory, GRNI/GIT, E&O reserves, Costing/Revaluation, UPI, PPV, and Loaner Instrumentation* Manage month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance with corporate policies* Collaborate with Divisional Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global Finance Service Centers to align accounting processes and resolve issues* Review and approve complex journal entries and support compliance activities including SOX-related controls* Build, manage, and develop a team of accounting professionals, setting objectives and conducting performance reviews* Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation and controls are accurate, timely, and complete* Drive process improvements and contribute to system implementations, transitions, and integrations* Provide strategic input for forecasting and planning processes within the Inventory COE**What You Will Need**Required* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent* Minimum 8 years of experience in Audit, Accounting, or Finance* Minimum 3 years of experience in a people management role* Fluent in English* Strong knowledge of US GAAP* Experience with inventory accounting topics* Familiarity with SOX compliance requirementsPreferred* Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance* CPA certification* Experience with Oracle ERP systems* SAP experience* Additional language skills (Polish or Dutch)Travel Percentage: 10%
