Manager, End User Device Architecture Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Operating system Windows Your responsibilities Own enterprise EUC architecture: define and maintain standards for end‑user devices across OS/hardware classes; publish versioned reference architectures and multi‑year roadmaps. Set the guardrails: establish baselines for imaging, configuration, app delivery, identity/endpoint posture, and full device lifecycle. Lead Modern Endpoint Management: design Intune policies, compliance profiles, enrollment paths, and app delivery across platforms; ensure coherent MECM coexistence. Scale remote management: specify CMG, Company Portal, and Autopilot scenarios for remote/hybrid/off‑VPN endpoints. Raise quality with rings & telemetry: define packaging/patching standards (rings, pilots, rollback criteria) and telemetry models using Endpoint Analytics/Nexthink. Integrate device posture, Defender AV/EDR, BitLocker, LAPS/EPM, and Conditional Access into baseline architecture; align controls and exceptions with Cyber Security. Define evidence for policy compliance, patch currency, and encryption attestation; support regulatory and compliance initiatives. Create RACIs and runbooks; standardize tooling/processes; hand off to Run teams/MSPs for stable operations. Reduce technical debt: consolidate legacy configs, retire redundant tools, and codify “golden” images/profiles. Drive governance & communication: lead architecture reviews and backlog prioritization with PMO; clearly communicate decisions and trade‑offs to business partners. Integrate vendors & MSPs: shape technical RFP requirements, evaluate MSP/hardware/software solutions, and drive price/performance; ensure fit with Service Desk/ITSM/ITAM processes. Track EUC trends (e.g., AI‑assisted patch ring prioritization) and bring pragmatic recommendations to the enterprise. Our requirements 7–10 years in EUC/Modern Workplace architecture with deep Intune and MECM/SCCM expertise (co‑management, migration, and coexistence). Proven design of CMG, Autopilot, Company Portal experiences, and cross‑platform enrollment (Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Android Enterprise). Strong security foundation: Defender for Endpoint (AV/EDR), BitLocker, LAPS/EPM, Conditional Access, device posture/compliance, Zero Trust. Patching/packaging at scale (Win32/MSIX), quality rings, pilot cohorts, rollback plans; telemetry with Endpoint Analytics and/or Nexthink. Track record producing reference architectures, roadmaps, RACIs, runbooks, and standards consumed by Run teams/MSPs. Business Use Vendor/MSP evaluation and RFP experience; familiarity with ITSM/ITAM (e.g., ServiceNow) and PMO governance. Excellent stakeholder skills across regions/time zones; ability to explain complex trade‑offs to non‑technical audiences. Optional PowerShell/scripting, macOS management (MDM), compliance/regulatory exposure, cost optimization.
