  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Guide and mentor a team of 6 web analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Define team goals, objectives, and KPIs to align with overarching business strategies.
  • Strategic Vision and Roadmap Development:
  • Craft a comprehensive analytics strategy to gather relevant data for informed business decisions from a business-centric viewpoint.
  • Propose project roadmaps for implementation, encompassing both tools and processes.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify industry best practices in processes and tools, aiming for continual strategy enhancement.
  • Execute and oversee the entire analytics strategy implementation, project management, and ensure adherence to deadlines and objectives. Advanced Analysis and Reporting:
  • Illuminate customer journeys, pinpoint areas for improvement, and contribute to feature enhancements.
  • Perform ad-hoc, omnichannel, and multi-scope analyses, including A/B testing and experience targeting.
  • Establish trusted relationships with product, Dev, Business, and marketing teams, serving as a conduit for knowledge exchange.
  • Incorporate insights from diverse data sources beyond web analytics, fostering creative thinking.
  • Regularly generate reports and business reviews for key stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations clearly and succinctly.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to integrate web analytics into business decision-making processes.
  • Translate analytics findings for non-technical stakeholders, translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Tool Implementation and Optimization:
  • Oversee the implementation and configuration of web analytics tools, ensuring data accuracy and relevance in collaboration with the tracking specialist for insights creation.
  • Continually optimize analytics tools and processes to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.

  • Measurable consumer engagement impact through analysis, retrospective analysis, or product implementations.
  • Measurable revenue impact through research and retrospective analysis.
  • Measurable consumer experience impact through analysis, retrospective analysis, or product enhancements.
  • Measurable efficiencies in products, tools, and agile development processes.
  • Qualitative and quantitative insights from experimentation leading to product optimization.
  • Over 9 years of experience using analytics tools, either in an agency or advertiser setting.
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Google Big Query, Google.
  • Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Launch.
  • Strong skills in Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AB testing tools like Firebase, LaunchDarkly, and Dynamic Yield.
  • Analytical and performance-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of technical and business intricacies.
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts, providing coaching and guidance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in professional English.
  • Open-mindedness and team spirit are essential.
  • Experience with applications analysis is a plus.
  • Passion for software development and the automotive industry is advantageous.
