Digital Innovation Manager – Commercial BI&T
As a Digital Innovation Manager within our Commercial BI&T team, you will combine practical technology skills with a passion for innovation to deliver digital solutions that elevate how we engage with healthcare professionals. You’ll collaborate with commercial, marketing, and sales leaders to implement cutting‑edge tools—such as AI‑powered platforms and personalization technologies—that make every interaction more relevant and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to build strong partnerships with commercial, marketing, and sales teams to uncover opportunities for digital engagement and personalized communication.
- Implement digital solutions by identifying, evaluating, and deploying best‑in‑class digital engagement tools and platforms that optimize communication and tailor messaging to individual stakeholder needs.
- Pilot new ideas by working with internal teams and external digital innovators to co‑create and test fresh engagement solutions.
- Support business growth by developing persuasive business cases that inspire investment in digital initiatives and translate strategy into measurable results.
- Measure impact by setting clear metrics and rigorously tracking performance to ensure every solution boosts engagement and business momentum.
- Champion innovation by fostering a culture of agility and digital adoption, empowering teams to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree a plus but not required).
- 2+ years’ experience in digital tools implementation, technology adoption, or customer engagement, ideally in pharma/healthcare/tech sectors.
- Hands‑on experience with digital platforms, CRM, omnichannel marketing, or personalization technologies.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies, AI, and digital transformation.
- Practical problem‑solving skills and ability to get things done in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to challenge how things are done, and a drive to deliver tangible results.
