Your responsibilities:

• Lead an international team responsible for supporting and operating DSV’s cutting-edge in-house solutions.
• Drive the transformation of the DSV Platform and Application support towards end-to-end operations across critical digital assets.
• Work with advanced technologies, including ML/AI, real-time data processing, Data Mesh, and Multi-cloud hosting.
• Adopt and enhance ITSM and collaboration tools/processes.
• Lead and mentor global SRE and support teams.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to meet requirements and drive results.
• Establish a standardized end-to-end application operations model, spanning critical business processes.
• Take accountability for all elements of Application Support and SRE deliveries, including:
• Implementation of a standard framework.
• Automated monitoring and alerting.
• Incident resolution, root cause investigation, and corrections.
• Maintain a continuously updated compliance assessment for each product and serve as a source for Digital Product KPIs.

Our requirements:

• Proven leadership skills with 3+ years of experience in operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong ownership mindset, customer service orientation, and adaptability under pressure.
• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot detailed technical issues while maintaining a strategic perspective on Support and Operations.
• Strategic thinker committed to continuous improvement and capable of executing ideas and concepts.
• Innovative and creative mindset, with a passion for learning new knowledge and driving new processes and methods.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills in English.
