Lead an international team responsible for supporting and operating DSV’s cutting-edge in-house solutions.
Drive the transformation of the DSV Platform and Application support towards end-to-end operations across critical digital assets.
Work with advanced technologies, including ML/AI, real-time data processing, Data Mesh, and Multi-cloud hosting.
Adopt and enhance ITSM and collaboration tools/processes.
Lead and mentor global SRE and support teams.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to meet requirements and drive results.
Establish a standardized end-to-end application operations model, spanning critical business processes.
Take accountability for all elements of Application Support and SRE deliveries, including:
Implementation of a standard framework.
Automated monitoring and alerting.
Incident resolution, root cause investigation, and corrections.
Maintain a continuously updated compliance assessment for each product and serve as a source for Digital Product KPIs.

Proven leadership skills with 3+ years of experience in operations management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
