For our location in Przypki, Poland, we are looking for you as a Manager Customer Service.

Your Tasks
- Establishment of the Polish service organization for Grove cranes
- Active customer relationship management as a focus for establishing Grove service in Poland
- Handling of legal and warranty cases as well as clarification of technical issues
- Management and further development of the local service team
- Implementation and continuous improvement of safety standards (SMS) as well as increasing safety awareness
- Ensuring quality requirements and ISO compliance through appropriate measures
- Ensuring the provision and evaluation of reports for tracking all relevant KPIs (customer support, sales, margins, efficiency)
- Optimizing administrative processes (orders, invoices, payments) in compliance with legal and internal requirements
Your Qualification
- Completed training or studies in a commercial or technical field
- Very good technical understanding, ideally product-specific knowledge in the field of cranes
- Experience in employee management and in setting up or expanding an organization
- Business fluent Polish and good German or English skills
