As a Manager - Control Hardware Engineering you will have the people responsibility for a selected group of people in Control Hardware Engineering (CHW). Depending on the person the team can be multi-cultural with persons around the world!

Your outmost important task is to get your team to be motivated and outperform in the different projects they are engaged with. You will be the person your team go to when they need guidance and direction in their daily work

You will be handling all daily management of your team, and perform all related activities with your team

You will be an active member of ensure our department strategy is being performed and ensuring that inputs for process updated will be implemented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personal development dialogues, one-to-one meetings, and salary reviews
• Recruit new employees as needed
• Ensure the availability of the right competencies for tasks to meet milestones and quality targets
• Plan and allocate resources based on forecasts and project requests
• Ensure adherence to procedures for well-documented, high-quality products
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure professionalism and customer satisfaction in ongoing projects
• Continuously improve and develop the groups employees, processes, and tools
• Maintain a focus on the end customers
• Engage with customers at the management level to foster cooperation and enhance customer satisfaction

Our requirements

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering
• Demonstrated management and leadership abilities in motivation, cooperation, and communication
• Proficiency in control panel design and requirements
• Management expertise gained in new product development departments
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate within an international team
• Advanced English
• Professional understanding of commercial and business aspects
• Enthusiastic, results-oriented, and highly responsible
