What will you be doing
- Lead and manage distinct workstreams, ensuring their successful execution.
- Drive large-scale transformation efforts by collaborating closely with diverse business units.
- Work with case teams to address client challenges and deliver impactful, lasting change, optimizing client processes
- Craft engaging presentations, conduct strategic analyses, and apply structured thinking to manage work modules effectively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through a deep understanding of their needs, delivering impactful solutions, and presenting insights and recommendations
- Contribute to office growth by embracing new challenges and fostering a supportive, knowledge-sharing environment
What we are looking for
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in any academic discipline
- Experience in consulting or a related field
- A consulting mindset characterized by structured thinking and a drive for impact
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges
- Proficiency in writing, report creation, and client presentation development
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of leading teams and facilitating training sessions and workshops
- Flexibility and willingness to work in diverse environments and travel as needed
- Interest in area of Agile, Digital, AI & Sustainability transformations
