Opis stanowiska pracy

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:

• Support in daily responsibilities and organization of CEO work, 
• Planning the calendar of business meetings, organizing business trips and official matters,
• Support of preparation of documents for current needs: offers, contracts, presentation, documents, projects etc.
• Planning and coordination of business trips and tasks related to this: hotel and flight bookings, planning airport transfers etc.
• Business meetings with clients and business partners.

What we expect:

• Experience in a similar position that requires multitasking, organizing office work or working as a CEO or on the board,
• Fluent English and German – necessary for communication with CEO, 
• Higher education in: medicine, economics, German or English philology, biology or similar,
• Skills in making quick decisions, independence, and very good work organization skills,
• Being goal-oriented and have a sense of entrepreneurship,
• Great communication skills,
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, changing circumstances, and current needs,
• Openness to frequent business trips – mainly on the Katowice-Berlin route, but not limited to that,
• Great Ms Office skills, office equipment, calendar of meetings, modern tools supporting work, including AI,
• Driving license.
