Your responsibilities

  • Team Lead of Managed Workstations run operation team
  • Client facing SME for Software distribution & Packaging - close collaboration with the client
  • Manage client request and prioritize tasks in the daily business
  • executing/consulting complex changes
  • review and contribution in high level design documents
  • ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards
  • keeping SLAs and KPIs in the agreed threshold
  • identifying automation opportunities
  • evaluating new products and recommending infrastructure solutions
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with patching and configuration baselines

Our requirements

  • at least 5-8 years experience in SCCM and Intune , very good knowledge of these services is a must
  • wide technical knowledge on managed workplace (specifically Workstation, Mobile device management, cyber security understanding)
  • knowledge in design, deploy, and maintain SCCM infrastructure to support enterprise-wide software distribution, patch management, OS deployment, and endpoint configuration
  • good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • proficiency in reporting
  • analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • german language - is a must
  • good command of English language
