Wymagania
5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG, BPO/Shared Service Center or any related industry
Team management skills to coach, develop and motivate individuals
Excellent understanding of M&S reporting processes (and other business processes)
Project and time management skills
Good communication and presentation skills
MS Office (Advanced Excel and PPT)
Power BI (Developer Background)
Creation and adoption of analytical models
