Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a highly autonomous and experienced M&A Manager. • Lead the end-to-end M&A process, from identifying opportunities to deal execution and integration.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence to assess potential acquisitions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of acquisition targets aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Prepare and present business cases and investment proposals.
• Coordinate with external advisors, including legal, tax, and financial experts, to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, and operations to align on deal objectives and integration plans.
• Monitor and evaluate post-merger integration processes to ensure value realization

• Proven experience (5+ years) in M&A or corporate development roles, with a track record of closed deals.
• Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in managing international transactions and cross-border teams.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• A proactive and independent approach to managing complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (MBA or CFA certification is a plus).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
